"Yes, mother. Your spoon goes with your pudding. I know. Now can I go?"

This is the best Effie I've done thus far! The story I imagine behing this is that Effie, in her younger days, was invited to a party. Her mom, the source of her obsession with manners, is still preaching to her about how to set her silverwear when she eats.
